Davis Love Foundation and M3COM Extend Partnership Through 2024
M3COM continues sponsorship of RSM Classic Skybox at #18
ST. SIMONS ISLAND, GEORGIA (March 15, 2022) – The Davis Love Foundation and M3COM, a global network and cloud solution provider, today announced a multi-year extension of their partnership that names M3COM as the Presenting Sponsor of the Skybox Club at #18, a premier hospitality venue at The RSM Classic. The RSM Classic is an Official PGA TOUR Event hosted by the Davis Love Foundation at Sea Island Golf Club in the Golden Isles of Georgia.
“We are very proud of our support of the Davis Love Foundation, its community causes and initiatives, and being part of The RSM Classic,” said Jeffery B. Freitas, President/CEO of M3COM. “Being a major sponsor of the RSM Classic allows M3COM an opportunity to support charitable programs that M3COM believes in and that are building a better future for at-risk children and families, and to give back to a community that always welcomes us with open arms.”
“M3COM’s sponsorship of the Skybox Club on the 18th hole is just another small way to support the RSM Classic and Davis Love Foundation. It provides M3COM and its employees a unique environment to bond with the St. Simons community, meet and great old friends, and a platform to build new relationships – not only the week of the tournament but throughout the year. We look forward to another three years of sponsorship.”
“We are grateful for M3COM’s partnership and look forward to building on the relationship we have established,” said Davis Love III, Tournament Host who has won 21 PGA TOUR events including two victories at THE PLAYERS Championship which is contested an hour south of Sea Island. “Like the Foundation, M3COM genuinely cares about the work they do and its impact it has on other people. They believe, like we do, in long-term thinking which is evident in their multi-year commitment to The RSM Classic.”
M3COM is further connected to Sea Island and The RSM Classic through professional golfer Harris English, local resident and four-time winner on the PGA TOUR. English is a member of the M3COM team.
Proceeds from The RSM Classic benefit Special Olympics, Boys and Girls Club and many other charitable organizations focused on children and families. Last year, The RSM Classic raised more than $5.5 million bringing the total raised through the tournament’s inception in 2010 to nearly $29 million.
