When should I arrive for my scheduled shift?

Please make sure to be on time for your volunteer shifts. Most volunteer shifts have been created with ample time for check-in. For volunteer assignments based on player tee times (Marshals, Walking Scorers, Laser Operators, Standard Bearers, etc.), please be sure to check tee times the night before on PGATOUR.com and arrive approximately one 45 minutes in advance. This is particularly important on Saturday and Sunday because tee times are based on the number of players remaining in the field after the cut has been made.

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, please do not arrive more than 30-45 minutes before your shift to reduce crowding in volunteer areas.
