Sea Island – (November 14, 2024) – Ludvig Åberg, the 2023 champion, leads an impressive group of PGA TOUR winners scheduled to compete next week in the 15th edition of The RSM Classic.

Five of those winners have won the last five events on the PGA TOUR schedule and include: Kevin Yu (Sanderson Farms Championship), Matt McCarty (Black Desert Championship), J.T. Poston (Shriners Children’s Open), Nico Echavarria (Zozo Championship), Austin Eckroat (World Wide Technology Championship).

The remaining ten winners from this season scheduled to compete are: Chris Kirk (The Sentry), Jake Knapp (Mexico Open at Vidanta), Austin Eckroat (Cognizant Classic at The Palm Beaches), Brice Garnett (Puerto Rico Open), Peter Malnati (Valspar Championship), Chris Gotterup (Myrtle Beach Classic), Davis Riley (Charles Schwab Challenge), Davis Thompson (John Deere Classic), Harry Hall (ISCO Championship), Patton Kizzire (Procore Championship).

In total, including the 15 winners this year, there are currently 38 players in The RSM Classic field who have won in the past two seasons on the PGA TOUR.

Åberg, a rookie when he won here last year at the age of 24, captured his first career PGA TOUR title in his 16th start and his 11th as a professional. He was the first PGA TOUR University alum to win on the PGA TOUR after turning pro following the NCAA Championship in May and became the first player to join the TOUR directly out of college by finishing No. 1 in the PGA TOUR University Ranking.

Players have until 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 15 to commit to compete in the 156-player field and can withdraw at any time.
