Sea Island, GA – (August 25, 2025) – Tournament officials announced today a donation to the Glynn County School System’s Athletic Department from the Davis Love Foundation on behalf of the RSM Classic.

Thanks to an annual partnership with Rich’s Seafood, $37,000 will be shared via the Davis Love Foundation to the school system’s Athletic Department.

“The Glynn County School System’s Athletic Department is extremely thankful for the generous support of the Davis Love Foundation.  The charitable support of the Davis Love Foundation allows us to financially operate over 150 athletic teams in the Glynn County School System,” said Steve Walters, Assistant Superintendent, Glynn County Schools.  “The funds go directly to our Middle School and High School Athletic Programs and allow us to purchase the necessary equipment and uniforms for our student athletes to compete at a high level.”

“Last year, Glynn County Athletics set a record with over 2700 student athletes participating in at least one sport.  The Davis Love Foundation plays an essential role in the daily success of our student athletics and athletic programs in Glynn County.  We want to thank the Davis Love Foundation for all that they give to our athletic programs and to the Golden Isles community.”

Throughout its 15 years, The RSM Classic has raised recognition and more than $48 million for organizations that support children and families in need throughout the region.

“Thanks to the tremendous support of this community and partners like Rich’s Seafood, we have the opportunity to assist our local community in several areas throughout the year,” said Todd Thompson, RSM Classic Tournament Director. “From the beginning, the goal of the Davis Love Foundation is to be an important part of the fabric of the Golden Isles.”

The RSM Classic is an official PGA TOUR event hosted by Davis Love III. For more information about The RSM Classic and the Davis Love Foundation, visit rsmclassic.com.
