What is Friends of Davis Love Foundation?
Friends of Davis Love Foundation is a program administered by the Davis Love Foundation designed to help raise money for charities participating in the program. Each participating charity sells raffle tickets ($20 each) for the chance to win a brand new vehicle from Nalley Brunswick Automobiles. 100% of the money collected through the raffle is distributed back to the participating charities.
Each charity will receive raffle tickets beginning in June 2024. Charities will have until Friday, November 1, 2024 to sell printed raffle tickets, and online tickets may be purchased on the website through Friday, November 15, 2024. A drawing for the Grand Prize winner of the car will take place during The RSM Classic.
How Does the Program Work?
Step 1: Register Your Charity
Participating charities must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and submit all required documentation to qualify. The Davis Love Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny any charity from participating in the program.
Step 2: Sell Raffle Tickets
Participating charities will receive a book of raffle tickets. Each raffle ticket will be sold for $20 – there is no limit on the number of raffle tickets any one individual can purchase.
Participating charities will also have the option to sell tickets online.
Step 3: Track your Sales
Each charity will be responsible for tracking their raffle tickets sold and collecting payment. Please be sure that the total amount listed on the raffle tickets and the money collected are balanced.
Each charity selling utilizing the online system will not need to collect payment for online purchases, as the system will track it for you automatically.
Step 4: Submit Your Tickets and Contributions
All raffle tickets and contributions must be submitted to the Davis Love Foundation to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing and Bonus Pool match. Any raffle tickets collected after Friday, November 1, 2024 will not qualify. Online tickets may be purchased on the website through Friday, November 15, 2024.
BONUS POOL
In addition to receiving 100% of raffle ticket sales, the Davis Love Foundation will fund a $75,000 Bonus Pool that will be distributed to participating charities based on raffle ticket sales performance (75%) and in kind donations (25%). The more contributions your organization raises, the more bonus dollars your organization will receive!
