General Parking
Patron Parking is included in the price of each ticket. Parking is located at St. Simons Airport off of Skylane Road.
Once on Skylane Road, follow signage to the designated parking area. Shuttles are located near the general parking area.
Will Call is also located in this area and tickets can be picked up or purchased before riding the shuttle to the Tournament.

Wednesday: Continuous shuttle service from 6am to 7pm
Thursday-Sunday: Continuous Shuttle Service from 7am-7pm
Handicap Parking + Shuttle
Patrons in need of additional assistance are asked to use the St. Simons Island Airport General Parking Area. A separate shuttle with wheelchair accessibility will transport patrons directly to the Special Needs tent located near the Golden Isles Green Village Area on the tournament grounds.
Bike Parking
The tournament encourages patrons to ride your bike to the grounds of Sea Island Golf Club. Bike Parking is located near the main entrance – follow the signs for tournament designated Bike Parking.

Do I need a ticket for Wednesday?
All patrons are admitted free on Wednesday to spectate the Pro-Am. Gates open at 7am.

Is the course open on Monday and Tuesday?
The course and tournament grounds are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Does my child need a ticket?
All youth 15 years and under are admitted FREE when accompanied by an adult ticket holder (excludes access to hospitality venues)
ALL HOSPITALITY VENUES REQUIRE A TICKET FOR ENTRANCE. All children 12 months of age or older are required to have a ticket to enter any hospitality venue. Only infant in arms are admitted.
Are strollers permitted?
Patrons are allowed to bring strollers for their children.
Where is Tournament Will Call?
The Will Call trailer is located at the St Simons Island Airport general parking area. If you ordered tickets online, they are availbale for pick up here.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?
All ticket sales are final, no refunds. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
All tickets include applicable sales tax

Where is the Tournament Shuttle?
The tournament shuttles are on a continuous loop between the general parking area and the tournament grounds beginning at 6am Wednesday and 7am Thursday-Sunday. Please note that the shuttles may wait at the general parking area on occasion if there are not enough passengers onboard. The cost of the shuttle is included in your ticket purchase.
Is there a handicap seating area?
A handicap seating area is located near 18 green. If additional assistance is needed to access this area, please ask one of our tournament volunteers.
Where is the Lost and Found?
Lost and found is located in the Admissions tent located near the main entrance. Any item not claimed by 4pm on the day it is lost will be sent to Will Call located in the McKinnon/St Simons Island Airport general parking area. To report or inquire about a missing item, please call (912) 634-3266 for the Tournament Office.
What is the Mobile Device Policy?
- All devices must be set to SILENT mode at all times
- Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
- Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
- No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
- Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
- Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
- Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
What can't I bring to the tournament?
- Knives, firearms or weapons of any nature (Even with a permit, violation is a felony ARS Sec. 13-3102)
- No cameras (Thursday – Sunday)
- No bags larger than a small purse (6″ x 6″ x 6″), including lawn chair bags or umbrella sleeves
- No posters, signs or banners
- Coolers and beverages, other than a sealed water bottle or special items such as baby formula

Is there a bag policy?
Certain items are restricted at PGA TOUR events. Purses must be smaller than 6″x6″x6″. Please click here for official PGA TOUR bag policy
PGA TOUR measures require patrons to agree to security wanding before entering the course. All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to enter. The tournament does not provide a “check” facility, therefore attendees are urged not to bring restricted items. Click here for list prohibited items
